Purchase Policy – Mystery Box
Products sold as "Mystery Boxes" are sold blindly. This means the exact contents of the figure cannot be known prior to opening.

Each box contains a random figure from a specific series.

A secret figure may replace a regular one, but it is not guaranteed in every box.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued in case of disappointment with the model received.

Products may be shipped from China. Our system will automatically select the shipping warehouse based on product availability.

Tip: Please think carefully before purchasing a mystery box.


Order Cancellation & Address Changes
No cancellation is possible once the order has been shipped.

No address changes can be made once the order is in preparation.


After-Sales Service
All requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product.

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the affected product

  • An unboxing video (if possible)

Accepted cases:

  • Major defects (e.g. deep scratches, damaged paint)

  • Incorrect card inside the mystery box

  • Missing figure in a full box (e.g. unjustified duplicate)


Exchanges & Returns
Products are non-refundable without a valid reason.

For any accepted return:

  • The product must be returned with all accessories and any free gifts included.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A promo code of equal value may be offered upon proof of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will appear in your bank account within 3 to 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
An order can only be canceled before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Products follow the specific rules stated during the event.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged?
If you received a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Send an email to contact@labubupopstore.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or an unboxing video

    • The affected product shown from multiple angles

Tip: We recommend recording your unboxing as proof in case you need to file a claim.
